Katie Talk

Katie started babbling a lot today. I was able to catch a little of it on camera. She usually gets camera shy, but today she let me record a little bit of her cuteness :). Enjoy!

I stand corrected....

Shortly after I created the post mocking Katelyn's napping schedule, she actually started napping in her crib! We are on day two of a successful napping schedule- all in the crib! All right Katie!

Cutest baby ever!

I know everyone thinks that about their own kid, but come on, Katie really is the cutest. There is no arguing with fact! You don't get any cuter than Katelyn McCutie. Here is a picture for further evidence, enjoy!

Katelyn "napping"...

Katelyn is not fond of napping in her crib.  She usually naps in her swing or in my arms.  Here is some footage of her "napping" in her crib.



She usually does that for about 10-15 minutes, followed by some pretty intense crying, stopping only when she is picked up :).  We're still working on getting her to nap in the crib, but I think we've got a long road ahead of us!

Bath Night!

Don't let her cute looks and precious little bottom fool you, behind that little smile and chubby cheeks is a smart little girl.  I think the reason she is smiling in this particular picture is because I told her not to pee until I had the diaper on, but she went ahead and did it anyway- which explains why in the rest of the pictures below, we had to finish lotion and getting dressed on the floor.  She had all the time in the world to pee in her warm bath, but she was more comfortable doing it on her belly and the soft changing pad :).  Oh Katie, We love you!

What a week!

Thanks again to all our family who visited this past week and participated in my graduation and all of our festivities!  Of course, we realize everyone just wanted to come visit Katelyn.  I'll let Annie write in more detail, as she is the more clever w'riter'.  Anyway, my job is to post pictures.  So please enjoy.  And send us any good pictures that you all may have.
