Katelyn is not fond of napping in her crib. She usually naps in her swing or in my arms. Here is some footage of her "napping" in her crib.
She usually does that for about 10-15 minutes, followed by some pretty intense crying, stopping only when she is picked up :). We're still working on getting her to nap in the crib, but I think we've got a long road ahead of us!

Thats a cute video, wait till she can walk and climb I can tell she will be full of energy.

it has been my baby sleep bible since our first son. It right on and It's guaranteed that the child will sleep up to 10-12 hours a night with naps during the day. If you stick to his rules. its hard but well worth it i recommend it to anyone. Its been my life saver. and you start the routine around 4 months of age so you're right at that point. let me know what you think.
